Make any webpage spin around clockwise!

Now works in IE (Microsoft Internet Explorer)! Spin is a bit floppy for IE (not a perfect spin from center, kind of a "toss over" effect, I am trying still though), but a nice spin in other browsers.

I was told in forums and by many programmers that you can only make things rotate around 360 degress in non IE browsers, but I would not stand for this. Here is a mashup of scripts and hacks to make things spin in IE! As far as I know, I am first person ever to accomplish this rotaing animation for IE5, IE6, IE7, IE8 & IE9 (IE10 soon with HTML5 and CSS3)!

Does not use any external files now (no more jQuery JS file from Google API), pure JavaScript coding at it's finest!

Use TossOver.com to make any web link spin:
Examples:

Effect similar to website www.TheRevolvingInternet.com (google spins around for you to search on). This effect is better as it works in Internet Explorer too so I am sure TheRevolvingInternet.com will grab this (but it was on www.URLeffects.com first).
