Trippy LSD effects that makes your page you are on wavey (everything is moving like it is liquid). ONLY WORKS IN IE as it relies on Microsoft's special filter built into Internet Explorer. "Kinda like" an animated Salvador Dali melting clock type of special effect for any web site or page.
