dragging the link doesn't work in IE 7.0.5370

entering the id 'tt0070854' doesn't work.

The code appends '/name/' into the URL and of course will not match the IMDB id to the name.
This is the IMDB id for a film named 'under the milkwood tree'.

When to type in tt0070854 the system sends this: 'http://www.imdb.com/name/tt0070854' to IE and that fails.
