Chrome, and Opera) and operating system (Windows, OSX, Linux/Unix, iPhone, Palm,
Blackberry, etc.)
Bookmarklets are just like bookmarks. Add the bookmarklet to your favorites bar
and click on them like you would a bookmark when you're visiting a website you would
like to use them.

your favorite bookmarklets. Check out this service we stumbled upon, it allows you

Yes, because of the nature of JavaScript and general size of the bookmarklet, most
if not all bookmarklets are free. Marklets.com is a free service and will never
charge for bookmarklets.
Bookmarklets are safer than traditional software. They can only affect the page
you're visiting and therefore are limited in what they can do. As a general rule
of thumb, don't run bookmarklets on websites that have sensitive data such as your
personal financial sites.
Add a bookmarklet to Internet Explorer
1. Typically, you would first find a bookmarklet you would like to add to your browser.
Later you can search our database but for the purposes
of this tutorial we've supplied the Marklets.com
bookmarklet below. Note that all bookmarklets on Marklets.com will be displayed
as a blue button with an orange ribbon so it's easy to tell which links are bookmarklets
and which aren't.
2. Make sure the Favorites Bar is visible. Click on any part of the menu bar and
check "Favorites Bar".
3. Using your mouse, right click on the bookmarklet and select "Add to Favorites".
Remember, all bookmarklets on our site will be displayed as a blue button with an
orange ribbon just like the "Marklets.com" bookmarklet below.
4. Select "Favorites Bar" folder in combobox and click the Add button.
